North Borney - Sabah Trip (Day 4)

Our 4th day in Sabah, after having late breakfast in KK, some where nearby our hotel, we made an immediate decision to head north to Kudat. Was thought initially that we could not make it to Kudat the day before and had planned to travel around in KK, but my friend still tried to make out time for us, really appreciated his effort to bring us down south and up north around Sabah everyday. What a good tour guide we have!

Kudat is famous for locally grown groundnuts, corns, and again, seafood.

No one should give a miss of the groundnuts here.

Goodies are hanging in bunches in rows, what a view. I may not have known what are they without closer look!

We are just another hour from this stall to Kudat town....
And our main aim in Kudat town is to find fresh seafood and sea-grasses to bring JB home....

The Kudat Seafood Market, seafood are brought from ports and boats to here for sales.
Ice containers used to keep seafood.

Hm... too bad that we were too late, not much left for us to purchase...

And in the end, we did not get to find any sea-grass.... what a disappointment.

Before we left Kudat, we made a journey to the Tip of Borneo --- Tanjung Simpang Mengayau. I think it was just about 20km away from the town. But it was a very rocky road to take by car....

Cute little Volks Wagon, being very well maintained of.

Standing At the TIP OF BORNEO, this marks the northern most of the Borneo Island!

Very beautiful sceneries all around

Very soft and warm sea breeze kissing our faces

Surprisingly, I saw pine trees instead of coconut trees along the beach here.

Yes, you are here.

And the sunset ends our day at Kudat.
