I've been there (Sri Petaling) for several times before but I've neva noticed this restaurant before. Not a very spacious one, the signboard is not noticeable with so many other signboard crowding around......
The interior design of the restaurant.... Dim lighting, many pictures of their dishes hanging on the wall, there were alot of namecards from their previous customers pinning on a polysterein board on the wall.
The meaning of fusion... I think the restaurant are suitable with the color of the tables and chairs, however not with the design and pattern. The tables and chairs were the chinese/ oriental/ kopitiam type......

What we had for the day were not chef recommendation, our choice made simply by interest, keke...
Japanese-- Grilled Smoked Duck Rice
The appearance itself already raise ur appetite.
The taste is good, special .... the duck meat was not oily or greasy at all as it might look so, but it was kind of chewy.
The herb fried rice, topped with pasta sauce and baked..... neva tasted before. Good try.
Portugese Chicken Baked Rice
A strong taste of curry powder... steamingly hot baked rice. For ppl like to eat baked rice and curry might like it.
Japanese + Chinese -- Unagi Rice Noodle Rolls
Well, I don't like it. Taste ok, problem lies with the chewy rice noodle in it, i would prefer rice instead of the weird rice noodle. And the rolls were not crispy..... = (
Thumbs up for the home cooked mushroom soup, i'm sure it was not from a can.
As for the drinks.... moderate only.... like what we always had in other restaurants....
There were still plenty of dishes and choices on the menu, with only 2 persons, we really can't manage to try as many as possible.... next time ya, welcome all to join our eat-eat club.... haha.....

The service is always good enough for every customers. The attendee will always ask customers for some feedback.
Maybe they saw us taking photos so I got alot of attentions from them, haha.... the captain even purposedly offered me his namecard, asked me about my opinions on the food... blah blah.... alrite, i'm just a gal who likes to eat around...
Price and Cost : if u can afford KimGary, u definitely can afford it also, with better service and taste compared with it. To be honest, I went KimGary for only 3 times, each at different branches, everytime due to accompanying others, none had manage to give me nice experience. The taste was no good, the service was poor. I have not stepped into any of KimGary ever.
