Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne

The Mornington Peninsula is a peninsula located south-east of Melbourne. It is surrounded by Port Phillip to the west, Western Port to the east and Bass Strait to the south, and is connected to the mainland in the north
There are alot of beautiful sandy beaches, wineyards along both sides of highway, water sports such as water skiing, parachuting are available.
Winter is not a good time for visiting Mornington Peninsula, most of the wineyard are closed for the season....
How to get there:
hm... we drove via Monash Freeway (M1) to Western Port Highway. More than 1 hour drive at safe speed.

Rows of grape trees, just after harvesting. No grape in winter!

Free wine tasting at every wine yard!
And free demonstration/ explaination of the process of making grape wine.
