the roasted goose, crispy on the outside, tender juicy inside. HKD320 per whole goose. most probably the only nice thing ever in this restaurant.and then........
the rest dishes of this restaurant were just really so-so, not fitted to the standard of this high-class restaurant. Some more this meal had cost us HKD1400, really not worth it!!! the most disappointing meal we had in HongKong overall.
