Location: Raffles city shopping centre

 1/2 litre aka 1 pint of Germany brew - Weisbier

Platter for 4-5 persons, with Pork knuckles, bradwurts sausages, pork pretzel, 2 side dishes of our own choice - sautéed vegetables and spicy potato wedges. The pork knuckles were really nice, crispy fried skin with tenderly soft juicy meat well preserved underneath. Sausages are authentic too. Can forget about the pretzel, they are just extra part of pork in the platter. Everything goes well with the beer.

 The bar was half outdoor without air conditioned, it 's really too warm in the weather so hot in Singapore. We were sweating while having beer ~_~
