Siam @ Bangkok

Location: Siam

How to get there: BTS --> Siam station, Exit 5

This is a busy centre of the Siam city, the centre of luxurious shopping, food, fashions and etc.
It is as much similar to the Orchard Road in Singapore, Bintang Walk in Kuala Lumpur, Harajuku in Tokyo and Si Men Ting in Taipei....

SIAM PARAGON

There was a giant Gundam model standing right in front of the entrance of Siam Paragon as there was a Japan Anime & Manga event over that particular weekend. We saw alot people dressing in cosplay as well!

a cinnamon roll bought in Siam Paragon, very soft and sweet to have it after tired walking...

SIAM SQUARE

a place where you must not miss when travelling around Siam. It's like MongKok in Hong Kong and Bugis in Singapore. There were Spas, Hair Dressing Saloons, Snacks stalls, cafes, mini stores and etc where you can spend the whole evening in there.

Thai Massage and Spas are at every where.

Hair saloons. Price is definitely cheaper than in either SIngapore or Malaysia

Som Tam, @ Siam Square
Som Tam = Thai Papaya Salad
This cafe is crowded with visitors throughout the day, with a variety choices of ingredients and menu.

And this is our dinner for the 1st day at Bangkok @ New Light Coffee House
Located at Siam Square as well.
Pineapple fried rice
I think we are too famished that everything in Bangkok are just as good for spicy lovers like us.

Stir fried asparagus with shrimps
Mango Tango @ Siam Square
All sweet desserts made of Thai Mango you can find them here
This dessert shop is too tiny that it can accomodate not more than 20 ppl dining in at a time... ~_~
We have to wait quite long for a table.
Mango Tango T-shirts for sales

Mango in coconut milk

Mango pudding, Mango slice and mango sorbet - must try, nice taste, fresh mango and good combination
