The waiter helped us to grill the pork slices and then cut it into smaller crispy slices. The pork pieces were to go with the side dishes wrapped in the lettuce. So this is the way to eat korean food lah.
My favourite BiBimBap!! (RM20) Comes with a soup and a steamed egg in big hot stone bowl, so that the bottom and edges of the steamed egg become crispy and a bit burnt, special texture yo. This big serving is fit for 2 person.

Layers of fat in the thick pork belly slices being grilled on the stainless steel hot plate (underneath was a pot of hot charcoal) surrounded by 16 types of side dishes and 2 types of sauces.
~ side dishes included kimchi cabbage, kimchi white radish, potato salad, kimchi bean sprouts, kimchi eggplant, spicy beancurds, fried egg slices, seaweed slices, spinach, and etc.
