Pancho's Villa Mexican Restaurant

Location: 885, Albany Hwy, East Victoria Park, Perth West Australia.
Friends in Perth brought us to this Mexican Restaurant the night before our last day in Perth as a Farewell Dinner, this was also one of the best feast we had in Australia =) Thanx alot to JT and Kelly ^_^
It's said to be one of the best Mexican Restaurant in Australia. Compared to the so called famous Mexican Restaurant 'Chilli's' that we have in Malaysia, it's just too good to be the best!!! Banning Chilli's after trying Pancho's already!
The menu

Free flow of iced mineral water

Tropical punch @ AUD4.50 and orange juice @ AUD4.50

Hot Chocolate

~ thick cream in melted hot chocolate comes with a piece of marchmallow, this is how the way of Australian drink hot chocolate.

Villa Nachos @ AUD 14 (Refillable)

~ Corn chips smothered in smooth chilli and cheese, topped with tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.

Seriously I've never tasted such a nice nacho before. Rich serving of cheese and tomatoes to be dipped with nachos. Taste best especially when we were all famished at that moment!

Taco @ AUD 7
~ a crisp folded tortilla filled with potato and spinach (fillings can be chosen from a list of options), topped with chopped lettuce, taco sauce and cheese.

Fajitas de Pollo @ AUD 28
~ traditional dish of La Huasteca, tenderised+ spiced+grilled chicken breast pieces and mix vegetables (capsicum, zucchini, carrot, onion slices), accompanied by flour tortillas to be served with villa sauce, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
I wonder why Australian chicken always tasted so tender, soft, and juicy. This is also no exception! We filled the content of the dish into our tortilla pockets and gave it a greedy bite by mouth with satisfaction!

Cajun Fish @ AUD22

~ grilled deep sea fish fillet smothered in cajun spices, butter and lemon juice with a small scope of spiced rice at side, comes with a bowl of garden salad.

This is also one of the best fish I tasted beside fish & chips in Australia. Totally diferent style from the deep fried fish and chips, we can feel the skillfulness of the Chef by the bite!
