A cocker lost its way

We were driving on LDP, heading to Kelana Jaya this afternoon, when I saw an old-aged American cocker spaniel running in all directions to avoid cars that were heading its way.

On this forever busy highway, every car actually slowed down to not knocking onto this poor dog. This dog was so scared, it did not know where to run to. It should have an owner, as it was still wearing a collar, however it looked filthy, he might have been lost its way to home for days.

It is definitely not a very clever dog, it did not know how to avoid car. A car had to actually stop completely in front of this dog and the dog would only stare blankly at the car for seconds before it runs away.

Our car could not stop on the highway, we just slowly passed through... I turned my head and followed the dog.....

It was still running for its life randomly on the busy highway as our car getting further and further from it. Until it was too far for me to see the dog, and a big truck came into its way, it was still in the middle of the highway, I really doubt it will survive, neither that minute nor in short future. I really worried for the dog. My heart ached as I lost sight of it at that distance.

Motor vehicle accidents had always been the most common killer of animals. It is really sad that this dog's life story had come to the fullstop after this. It could have been able to live longer if it did not lose its way; it could have still having fun game with its owner..... life is just too unpredictable.

Sometimes I really worry about my own dogs too. They like to run out of the house so excitedly without noticing that cars are coming their way. I think I must be extra careful in the future to prevent any accident.....

Ninja Jones Izakaya Japanese Restaurant

Location: A-G-5 Ground floor, Northpoint, Mid Valley City.

This is one of the MOST well-furnished Japanese restaurant I've ever been.
Press on the red button at the entrance, and the door will be opened (like the door in Alibaba....haha), followed by the greeting of a waitress, she will guide you in and to your seats. The interior of the restaurant was dim-lighted, furnished to be a traditional japanese izakaya (wine house). It is a very big restaurant, 2-storey, well enough tables for groups, family or couples.
Along the way we get to our seats, we were greeted "Irashai Mase" (welcome in japanese) by each and every workers in there, loudly!
All the waiters were wearing NINJA costumes, they do not talk much, they run like a Ninja to serve dishes.
Appetizer - pickled radish with sesame and spice

Japanese cocktails, in lime(left) and berry (right)flavour. RM18 each
~the taste is special, contains just a little bit of alcohol.

Ninja Bento - RM58
~this is the house special bento, well serve for 2 persons.
there are fried soft shell crab, tempura prawns and vegie, fresh salad, salmon sashimi, unagi, braised meat, baked crab meat cheese ball, and maki rice roll, come with fruit and steamed egg.

Aba sushi - RM22

~served like a bibimbarp in Korean restaurant, in this big bowl contained sushi rice mixed with dices of sashimi and zucchini, shreds of carrot, seaweed, crab meat and so on, to be stir-mixed with wasabi.

it is a healthy dish contains no oil and is definitely very appetizing, especially with the really fresh ingredients.

Baked crab meat cheese ball - RM 18

~this is an "traditional break-through" invention of this restaurant i think. Looked nice, tasted special, but not the one that i would feel like eating it twice.

Kani Maki - RM28

~ the restaurant is having a promotion at that time, they came out with a special menu of crabs. All crab dishes are having 20% off their usual price.

These maki rice rolls topped with fresh shredded real crab meat, you can really taste the real pieces of crab meat, but other than that, u taste nothing....

Chawanmushi (steamed egg) - came with Ninja Bento
~one of the best steamed egg I've ever tasted.
